Gauge Rebuilding Frustration

About six months ago I sent Britboy (Brad desoba) Two of my gauges to be rebuilt. Is it normal to take this long ? When I ask him I keep getting the same baisic reply , that he has the flu. This is getting very frustrating.

Re: gauges

Six months is the current estimate from a couple of the sources that rebuild gauges. You can get it done in a week from Nosinger if you pay a premium. I don't know about the flu.

Re: gauges

I had Palo Alto do mine. They were very professional. After they recieved the gauges I was called with an estimate. The workmanship was great and the price was fair. The turnaround was about 4 weeks.
Check them out.

Re: gauges

I had my gauges done at Palo Alto. They did all of mine in one week.

I would advise you to try and get Brad to give you your gauges back. I just ended a very frustrating (3 month) experience with him myself. I could not get my front emblem back from him, and credit back my money for the emblem I purchased and returned to him. He used the flu excuse on me too. Plus the I'm very busy now and I will try and get to it, blah blah blah. I ended up getting VISA involved. They refunded my money. PM me if you want. Good luck.

Happy motoring!
Roger
