Wedge Future engine mods

Did you decide to go with a MegaSquirt?

Heading in that direction.
Will install all the hard to install stuff to the motor while rebuilding, but will start the motor with the existing Z28 computer

And to think I'm ****** I can't get my timing and carb tuned... That's a lot of work.... What's the update?

LTC Scott- Hey long time...
Slow as always on the block. I had to pull the Wedge off the lift to work on families Honda's. Waiting for parts to do my wife's that will arrive today.
While I was waiting all the parts have been stripped off the motor

I also had to pull the new motor off the stand to remove the flywheel so I could install the existing crank sensor, which I just removed

it's back on the the stand and as soon as I ge time to do my wife's car I will put the Wedge back on the lift and Darrell Walker has given me great guidance on dropping the block and trans and subframe with the help of a hydraulic table from HF.

I will be installing all the parts to run crank, and cam sensors for the Mega Squirt.
But fist I will just be using my old GM ECU to get it running.
