Floor pan is down in the B and cured with Fusor glue. I got under the car and really pounded hard to see if anything would give but no soap. It stayed put. Time to hit with seam seal and paint.

Ain't it though!

I was a skeptic, so did some more emperical testing than beating on it. Glued up some steel, some aluminum. Bent, twisted, beat and generallt tortured the test bits to failure. It convinced me. My floorpans and rear fender "heels" are "guled" to the car. For the record, I used SEM "Panel Bond" but from all reports they're about the same.

chuck, I've still got your gun...got a car the other day that needs floors...so, if you don't need it......

I've started using Kent Automotive Chem-Weld -$28/tube plus tax shipped to the house. My buddy is a rep, he bought my gun adn first tube set. Two-part, like Fuzor, and smells just like epoxy. 45 minute working time, metal to plastic(fiberglass), plastic to plastic. Bought an extra bag of mixing tips.

Used it to bond the hood frame to the hood skins, latch plates to the back of the hood frame, and mounting tabs to the hood frame. the metal to fiberglass parts also have mechanical fasteners (rivets or bolts), but only after the Chem-Weld is cured as not to squeeze it out too thin.
