well it is doable from underneath the car but it's not easy.I found it almost impossible to my fingers into that little heck hole that holds one of the small 1/2"fin thread bolts in. After dropping several lock washers that disappeared forever( don't use a Nyloc nut or you will be there forever and a day winding the nut 1/8' at a time on the fine thread bolt) I ended up securing the lock washer to the nut with a couple of drops of Crazy glue. Use a small vice grip to hold the bolt head still until you can get the nut started. The other mount bolt on the drivers side can be accessed from the top with a ratchet and a couple of long extensions. I found it necessary on the passenger side to cut a bit off the 9/16" stud on the top of the mount in order to get the mount in position and that was with the motor tilted as well. Also I drained the rad in order to remove the rad hose and tube on the drivers side in order to see the motor mount bolt there and access it from the top. When I went to fill the rad after everything was put back together I discovered that I had ripped the short upper hoe at the top middle of the rad by jacking the motor too high and dumped coolant on the ground Fortunately I had a spare hose but that is something to watch out for. Of course as someone else mentioned once you have the front cowl removed for what ever reason, that's the best time to change out the motor mounts as you have good access then. Hope this helps anyone who plans on ttackling this job.
