Hi All:
Sprnt the wekend in the Birmingham area at the Barber Motor Sports Park. Beautiful facility and a WOW museum. Caters to the Motorcycle racing crowd. Went ther because my # 3 son was coming up from Austin, Texas. I live in Central Tennessee so any excuse to see the lad and his family is great with me. They spend the weekend running their motorcycles headlong around the track, hitting 120 to 160 on the straights. No racing, just the pure joy of flat out running! Its called a track day. I walked about and wowed them with my Triumph T-Shirt until they found out mine was a four wheel Triumph, ah well.
Fantastic facility and a first rate look at motorcycles from 1900 on up. They have their own "no hands barred" restoraion facility. Do really quality and accurate work. If you are ever in the Birmingham, Alabama area, look it up, you will enjoy it.
Cheers , Tinkerman

Most people wouldn't pick up on the difference in the car to motorcycle logo. Another common misconception is that Brando and McQueen drove Harleys, when they actually drove Triumph cycles.
