Fuel Pump, changing ground

I'm about to install my new refurb generator, new voltage regulator and new battery and want to switch to negative ground. I know about switching the coil wires and polarizing the generator, but what about the fuel pump? It has an aftermarket electronic pump, and the car was previously positive ground. Do I need a new fuel pump or is there an easy process to switch the pump to neg ground?

If it's really electronic, then certainly some adaptation for ground polarity must be made. All of the little Facet pumps I've seen have two supply wires, so you can just connect it with either polarity.
