Stupid question : Why would you want or need to install a check valve? The stock fuel pump has two of them; and the float bowls normally hold enough fuel to start and run the engine for several seconds anyway.
As usual, MMC offers a wide variety of check valves that will stand up to ethanol (and gasoline), including brass, bronze, stainless steel and PVDF.
Or, since I'm guessing you'll want a very low opening pressure (and because I like making things), I might be tempted to try to build a gravity-operated one with a couple of brass fittings and a bearing ball.
