Fuel Gauge Bulb Holder Needed

I'm looking for a fuel gauge bulb holder for a 1974 TR-6. The PO had replaced the Smith gauge with an after market unit, and I'm going back to the Smith's. The only replacement I've found was smaller than the bulb holder I need. I've attached a picture of both. Does anyone know of a source for the larger bulb holder, or have a good used one with enough wire on it to make the connections? The correct Lucas part number is LUC AB301. Thanks for any help, David K.

Thanks for the link to British Wiring. The bulb holder they have is 3/8 diameter. I am looking for one that is 1/2 inch. (original Smiths gauge).

I just looked at the British Wiring web site and they have a 1/2" bulb holder. It is their part number 614. Even though it is plastic and not an exact replacement it should work.
It is in the middle of the page just above the 3/8" bulb holder. Catalog page

This may sound crude but, and I only suggest this since you already have a new bulb holder.

Visit the local hardware store and buy either a short length of 1/2" OD copper pipe/tube or an appropriately sized copper fitting. Cut a short length off with a hacksaw and then make an axial split in it. Once split, crush this sleeve a little bit with pliers so it will slip onto the "small" bulb holder and stay put. Then slip the whole thing into the gauge. It may not sound pretty, but it will work and no one but you (and possibly a future owner) will ever see it. Electrically it will work fine.
