TR2/3/3A Front wing question

I have both the front wings on the car. I notice that the front of the rear wing portion is very loose. (no fastners tightened). I see no reference to a stay at that position. Am I missing something or is that normal. I see wing stays on the rear wings but find nothing on the front wings. As stated the wings are on loosely, apron is not on and the beading is not on.
Your thoughts and comments greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Tinkerman

Dick - when you bolt the front wings to the apron and get the bolts tightened along the bottom of the wings it will all come together. All told that's probably close to 15 or so bolts per front fender. Finger tighten all before snugging up. Beading tabs can be a pain, use masking tape or some other creative method to hold the spacing while bolting.

The unsupported length is much longer at the rear, hence the stays there. No stays on the front.

If you bought this as a basket case you might not have noticed that there are bolts coming up from the bottom that go into the fender through the inner fender wall to stabilize the whole nose.
