okay, this may be a little over the top, but does anyone have the internal dimensions for the swivel axle bushings? these are the brass bushings on the swivel that slide over the kingpin. i want to make sure before i invest paint and rebuild time on the two axles i have.

I have been told. If the king pin fits snug and does not wiggle all is fine. By all means try a new pin first.

I would bet Hap can machine those in any case.

don't have a new king pin. i'm okay with a snug fit, but a measurement would make me happier!

I've got a new set of pins at home; I'll get some measurements tonight for you.

The kingpin measured 0.622" on the upper and 0.780" on the lower so I would say that the upper should be 5/8" / 0.625 and the lower should be 25/64" / 0.7125". You need to decide on the tolerances.
