Haynes shows 3 lube points for each kingpin. My 78B only has 2: one top and one bottom. Am I missing something? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif
 
Yes, there should be three. I wonder if one of the nipples has been broken off. Someone told me you need to keep you kingpins well greased like a Chicago politician!
 
Will go over it with a fine tooth comb. Thanks, John. By the way, three of the four bushings were split all the way and three others were flared as if they had never been fully inserted before being compressed. A knowledeable friend agreed with me that the DPO probably did one side and figured it was too difficult so ignored the other side.

Thanks, both. When I knocked off all the inches of crud I found three on the front of the right side, two on the front and one on the rear on the left side. I guess my powers of observation are falling off with age!!!

Cool! I was thinking if you still couldn't find one, I would jump out there and take a photo of mine. Glad you found them, keep them well lubed!
