The front brake rotors are good, but could stand to be turned.
I have a two new rotors, pads, etc.,that I bought from Moss.
Should I go with the new rotors/parts,or have the old ones turned,
& just how do you turn them ? - the dust shield's in the way for the inside facing.

go with new - if you do need to turn them you need to find an old mechanic with a lathe

You have to remove them to have them turned, so put the new ones on. It is not a quick job but one worth doing.

Get the callipers off. look at the manual for which bolts to remove so you don't split the caliper, they are on the backside, Remove bolts, support caliper wit ha bungee and don't forget to change out Brake Hoses 2 Front and 1 Rear. They age out and require replacement every few years. They swell internally without any external signed and will not pass fluid.

4 bolts get the rotor off at that point. Regrease fromt wheel bearings reassemble, don't forget to order new locking tabs, careful taking the bearig out and note which way it goes in, Rotaor on, 4 bolts, new pads, they're cheap, bleed brakes. A few hours work after you've done it more than once. Don't forget to replaqce rear hose as well. That one usually goes bad first.

+1 however you don't need locking tabs - locktite is fine
