John - who is Tico?

Tom

Brother, photographer, old sports car racing guy (Triumph), helper to me in my disability, Victorian house restorer, raconteur extraordinaire, etc. etc. etc.

Oh, and lives in Martinsburg, WV (near Charles Town) and knew Frank Buckles. I forget the occasion for the photo.

He's also a pilot, but remarkably knowledgeable about airplanes despite it.

We have the duty, sir. Your work is over. Hand Salute!
