TR6 Frame part tr6

Is it possible to buy frame parts to keep the costs very low?
As you can see in my build here at page two : https://www.britishcarforum.com/bcforum/ubbthreads.php/topics/857021/TR6_engine_rebuilt#Post857021
The frame is severly worn out. We are planning to get it welded back together but would be nice to fit new frame parts there.

I've already contacted Tony at Ratco frames, but the metal they use doesn't fit with what's on a stock tr6, it's not gonna work to weld them together.

So if anybody has been through this and have clues, please help!

Rimmer Bros. in the UK does sell some TR6 frame components... CLICK HERE to see if they might have the component you are looking for.
It may be best to source a used frame... just a thought

You can also try Revington TR (also in the UK)
Go HERE

My guess is that is some of the frame needs replaced there will be other places that need attention too. Don't go cheap on frame repairs especially if there are suspension attachments associated with the questionable areas. It's your life but it's others as well if you cause an accident.

:iagree: Maybe source a used frame in better condition.

I think you need to peruse Calvin's Photo log of his LS1 for frame advice
