I'm having issues with a badly botched "disc brake upgrade" on a couple of unicorn cars (1961 Vanden Plas DM4 4 Litre Princesses). If this was an American car, I'd be able to just cut out the stuff that's messed up and bolt a "universal kit" on the frame rail. Something like this:

But since it's RHD, those kits won't work because the ones I've found are all designed to bolt to the left side frame rail. Are there any kits like this for RHD cars?
