while stripping VWs at the yard in Roswell we uncovered a very nice(old i guess) aluminum valve cover for an MGB. Has the dull black finished fins on top and in the center a ceramic white MG emblem with red letters. Its also bolted on.(the emblem) Perfect shape, no markings at all other than the emblem. Will get a pic posted as soon as I can leave the house..metal shard removed from eye this morning(felt like a harpoon) PLUS.. I don't have a B to install it on. Would make a nice chunk to take to the gathering in Las Cruces at the end of the month.
