In your photo, what is the background material
so I can judge scale? What size is your painting
and/or details?

Do you have any tarpon jumping out of the water?

The material in the back is a rod handle (Walnut, I believe)approx. 1" dia. The whole fish, snout to tail is approx. 2" long. Yes, I have done Tarpon, all the marlins (white, blue, sails etc.)and many other fish.

I have a friend down here that builds the custom rods to your specs. and I often hand-paint fish, boat-names etc. on them for him. I recommend his work (old school, quality stuff!)

Throwing something out I front of me that I cannot
resist to purchase; knowing full well Wendy will have
my head 'cause she knows what I paid for my favorite
light weight graphite rod and schweet little Penn graphite
reel. Brought in a 100#+ tarpon on that rig with 10# line.

Now, I gotta have me one with one of your snooks on it.
