We have two dogs that are more like our children than pets, here's a picture. One on the left is Muffin, the one on the right is Precious, both 5 years old. Muffin is a special pup as she developed diabetes and has to have an insulin shot twice a day, one at 9 in the morning and one at 9 at night, she can only eat special prescription food for her kidneys which has to be ordered through the mail and eats 2 meals a day at prescribed intervals, Fedex is here all the time, she gets special eye drops from Switzerland 4 times a day in each eye. The wife cooks chicken thighs every 2 days, which both pups can have mixed in with their food. Muffin gets me up usually around 2 in the morning to go outside and around 5 also. We now plan our life around Muffins needs. She almost died but a friend Vet I know saved her and now she has all her hair back, which she lost about 80% of in the early stages. So this is our special pup. Precious took a while to except all the attention we had to give to Muffin, but being the sweet pup she is, she has learned to handle it very well, we play with her all the time. I know we are not unique here as I'm sure many of you folks would do the same. So this is what I meant by "For The Love Of Our Pets". PJ

Wow... and I thought I was indulgent building our Westie his window-box (we call the "Bark-o-lounger" because he either lounges in it or barks like heck).

We do for our pets some things we don't even do for ourselves. The love for a pet just can't be defined. Maybe that is just the way it should be.

How much is that doggie in the window?

We have people come from miles away to look at it (as the word has definitely spread). One time an entire elementary school class appeared.
[I have a cam above the box.]

Paul those are really lovable but the story kinda made my eyes a little damp. We lost ours (brother and sister) a few years ago that looked a whole lot like yours. Yeah they get to you all right.

Our 12 year old Toy Poodle is patiently waiting for me to finish my TR3 project.
She is great company as I work on the car.
