For those of you who like Morgans, and who doesn't, there are some excellent pictures and related literature today on www.darkroastedblend.com. Particularly good photos of a new fastback Morgan coupe being worked on by a bodyman, as well as earlier coupe models from the mid 60s (plus four plus, and SLR - never heard of these).

Now I have to figure out how to get all of this drool off my keyboard...

A nice site, awhile back they blogged one of my VW Beetle photos... Just did a quick browse under <span style="font-style: italic">Autos</span>, some rather interesting subjects for images...

I hadn't seen that one before, thanks!

BTW, going from memory - there were only 3 SLR's and 26 +4+'s, which is why you've not heard much about them. The SLR's were a racing effort, the +4+ was to be a production model, but was not well-received. The factory making the fiberglass bodies burnt down, and no effort was made to re-tool.

The aero is now on it's 7th (?) variant.... One of these days they might build one that will actually start and run for longer than 5 minutes. <grin> If they do, they certainly won't send it to the states!!!!!!
