GT6 Floor Pan replacement [GT6] any helpful hints

It is now time to replace the floor pans on my GT6 (1969).
Does anyone have any helpful suggestions. I was planning on doing it while I have the body off the frame (it's now suspended by chains from my lift)as I thought I would have easier access. Is this a good idea? Do I have to worry about the body sagging at all? Or should I have the frame laying on the ground to do it?
I am replacing both complete floor pans, one at a time I think.
Any help, hints, jokes, would be greatly appreciated!

Even on a GT6, I would worry some about potential for sagging. Unless you're absolutely sure that outer, intermediate and inner sill pieces are rust free and rock solid, I'd err on the side of caution and at least temporarily remount the body on the chassis (using the chassis as a jig), refit the doors and bonnet to make sure alignment is still ok, etc., etc., then fit the pans.
