I've been watching a 1936 Flash Gordon serial. Does that bring back memories.

I still have a 1938 series and a 1939 Buck Rogers to watch.

That space ship needed PoolBoy to adjust the carbs. That thing was smoking on take off and under heavy acceleration.

Thanks Paul.... that did bring back memories of seeing that space ship smoking away while it flew. No high tech stuff back then!
 
C'mon! A sparkler rammed up the tail of a model (or was that a hood ornament from back then! :jester: ) was VERY high tech for the day!!! :devilgrin:
