Fixing a hole in the boat

If the professor on Gilligan's Island can make a radio out of a coconut, why can't he fix a hole in a boat? Makes ya wonder. lol

Like all good professors he's already done it... theoretically, of course.

Actually doing it is then trivial....

If you were stuck on an island with Mary Ann and Ginger would you be in a big hurry to fix the boat? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

PC.

.... and why did Mrs.Howell have ALL those clothes
for a "three hour tour"?

Well, they're all sitting around, hungery 'cos they haven't eaten, staring at a pile of canned food wondering how they'll open them.

The professor shouts "Eureka! I have it!

Just assume we have a can opener... the solution then naturally follows."

You all know it was a TV show and not real, right? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

If they did fix the hole in the boat there would be no TV show. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

Greenacres made the trip though.

Steve, on behalf of the entire United States, I deeply apologize for that.

Sky King told me that Maynard wasn't a real person.

Ah, but did you ask Penny? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

No, she and Clipper were scouting in the Songbird.

You (really) had to be there!
"Sky King" was a TV show (late 50's/early 60's).
Black & White (those were the days!?).
