Fixed gas smell

Finally traced the gas smell to the fuel pump where it looked like the diaphragm was leaking. it wasn't. Turned out to be the inlet fuel line had worked loose. When the gas tank was low, the fuel level was beneath the fuel pump but when I filled the tank, the level rose causing the loose compression fitting to leak. Tightening with a 1/2" wrench did the trick. My wife is now happy when she goes into the garage. On another note, my grille has no place for the aluminum bar to attach to - never did have. I may have the only TR6 without the aluminum bar.
