Very nice!

A good, clean install of the bonnet latches for the flip-front conversion. Really makes you wonder why the Healeys didn't do it that way in the first place.

I'm glad to see you followed my advice and example on those latches  !! They work GREAT, don't they? I have had no regrets since getting rid of those ugly, old "Jeep-style" rubber monstrosities!!! The whole car looks really, really nice and I think you earned that very well deserved prize!!

Very nice indeed! My shorty tonneau is going to look spiffy on that jewel.
I like the bonnet latches and the wind wings. Nice touch.
I hope to get the tonneau shipped to you this week.
Kudos on your well done Frogeye!

Great looking BE! Very clean!

That was also an interesting beast of a BE sitting next to yours..(silver/grey one)..those wheels look HUGE!

Congrats on the win!

I tried to send six pictures and one of those gave a good view of the silver BE which was beside me. He had Brooklands windscreens, a homemade dash with retro guages, large tires under flared wheel openings, a forward tilt bonnet and a souped up 948. I am not sure what had been done to the motor, but the owner said the BE used to be a race car. The fellow past him had driven his BE from Charlotte, NC to be in the show and that was a 5+ hour drive. There were many fine cars at the show including a stainless steel MG TC. All panels were remade in SS.

Howdy Charlie,

Nice looking B/E you have there. I really do like to side bonnet latches. "Very Clean"!!

I should have been at the show with my BE. We would have had a "Brother / Sister" pair there. Mine is virtually the same, Color etc etc:

It appears that You & Gundy got together on the "Shorty Tonneau"; Great.

Se Y`All Later,

Russ
