Temperature yesterday was about 7 degrees C, or45degrees F, and sunny.
Went for a drive with friends in a TR6 and MGB, fresh from restoration; had a great time.
The TR6 is "smurf" blue, the MGB quite a bright green, and my TR4 red, so we have the primary colours covered! If you have a bright coloured car and would like to join us for a run in the spring post info, Newmarket, Ontario area!

Just by the way, my impressions of driving the "B" quite favourable, very tight, great throttle response, light gearshift, but not much power and windshield too low, I had to scruch down as the header rail obstructed my line of sight.

I'm not quite that far along yet.....the 1500 engine from my Spridget is still sitting on my workbench as I await pistons and other parts delivery. Still the northeast part of the North America has been having good and tempting weather. I had my top down in the Miata over the weekend and I saw several other cars in drop-top mode (including an XK-8). Plenty of bikes out too.
You need to get pictures of your "primary color parade"!

Simon,

Sounds like quite a bit of fun. I am with Nial on this and think you should get us some pictures. Sadly I've been driving my Spit everyday for the last two years, so I don't seem to relish getting to drive it that much.

Cheers,

Hmmm.... An inch of fresh snow this morning, just after the city started sweeping the sand and debris off the streets. Back to waiting for Triumphing weather...

I guess there would be no room for a plain ole white TR7 in your rainbow parade, eh Simon?
I am taking the wheel covers off this weekend, and throwing them in the dishwasher, (SHHHHH)

to get them ready to paint, and put my new red Triumph stickers in the middle.
'Tis supposed to rain most of the weekend though, but yes, warm, around 10c. so the garage will be a busy spot. Let me know when I can watch you drive around Simon.

Well I was planning on an Emerald Green Stag hitting the road Friday morning but it started snowing at 6:00 pm Thursday, there is over 3" of snow on the ground at 7:30 pm. Sunday it will be 60 degrees F!

Would love to join as my orange '69 Mini is closeby in Tottenham/Colgan. Sadly I am in Tokyo...
