Doubt it'll make a difference, I suspect it'll come down to how much money they have and can gather as opposed to debts, and what their future is expected to be in terms of sales and costs. If incoming cash is shrinking and there's no viable plan to increase that income and reduce costs then any rescue I think would be unlikely.
 
Something many of us have been pushing for decades. If "low price" is the deciding factor, retailers will always go for the cheapest wholesale goods, regardless of where they're manufactured.

Let's see ... do we really have to choose that foreign made spark plug that's a dollar cheaper than the American made spark plug?
