I finally finished the Morris pickup that sat in front of the Holy Spirite last summer. I got the shell right after I got back from LotO, wowrked on it every day for the last 8 months and drove it to work today.

1275 engine, single 1.75" SU on Howley manifold, Datsun 5-sp, 4.2 rear end, power disc brakes, 1-wire alternator, Mini heater/defroster, modified Mistubishi truck seat, Chevy Vega wheels, 11 gal VW gas tank, and a loud stereo with I-pod cable. All welding, body work and painting done poorly by me. This is the first LBC that I totally built from scratch, so I'm grinning from ear to ear today.

Yeah! Maybe he can follow his local Brit Car Club when they go for a cruise & pick up parts as they fall off!

Could almost pay for the restoration that way!!

Very nice, good job on the stake body. I just finished building a twin HS2 carb assembly for a Morris Minor in New Mexico.

OH anbd I forgot to get pictures of it this weekend, but there was a Morris Minor 2 door vintage racing this weekend at the races I went to, it was nicely prepared.

Beautiful job Glen. Congrats on getting it finished.

Very, Very Nice Indeed.

"Congrats" and I`m sure you`ll be the envy of all the Ford 1500, 2500 etc. on the block.
