Finally, I am back.

Don't freak out with this explanation coz plenty of people get it, and it's a natural body reaction but...
As your body goes to sleep your heart beat naturally slows down. If it slows down too quickly your brain assumes something is wrong and makes you twitch to wake up. You may notice your heart picks up for a few seconds as you wake up. It's like a built in jump start, but as far as I know nowt to worry about. If you start getting twitches while you are still awake, then it's time to consult your doc.
