I have been reading messages for the last two years to help get a better idea of what I am getting in to, and what it takes to do a restoration. I have a BJ8 which was probably a 15 footer. Last fall i decided to clean out the engine compartment and install a new wiring harness as the existing was held together with tape. As could be expexcted this turned into more than intended. My garage is now full of parts, and my frame is off in Canada being completely rebuilt. As I get into rebuilding i will be looking for help. From what I have read on this site I am sure I will get some good advice. Thanks /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif
 
Yes, only the flagellate gets a more religious experence than we do when we begin our quest to reach perfection...however both methods can be equally painful. Their search for truth is with a flail, ours with online catalogs.(now that I think about it, getting lashed would be less painful, plus it's over quicker!)

And,if you have not already done so, consider joining the Three Rivers AHC--they are a bunch of excellent folks and would, I am sure, be happy to use your car for tech sessions while you're reassembling. Say hi to Charlie Braum and Tom Felts.
