Me too...but mine will be soon.

Jack, you laugh...because you've seen my garage and know it can never be that clean. Well, that's true...so...new garage. I'll start a new thread on the subject.

Guys dont be jelous on this. I just built that garage less than a year ago. So I have a bit of an advantage. And it's getting there fast...you all know what I mean.. Actually I just brought that midget home a few days after last christmans.. an untouched 76 special sitting in a field.

Hey, Scott,
I've seen the pics of the engine bay and the side pipes...do you have any of the header to "Y" pipe and then to the side pipes...i.e., the remainder of the exhaust system. I'd like to see how you did that.

Ray

No Ray the header I have is a dierct copy of the Pace setter. It exits in 2 inch so I silmpy kept it 2 in all the way to the side pipe. By the way the side pipe is simply an 18" cherry bomb with 11 deg bent in/out. The 11 degrees allow me to angle the eblow and get the muffler higher off the ground. I than cut off the outlet and wleded a 3 1/2 flowmaster turnout to the muffler housing. (Being the muffler tube is 3 1/2.) Realyy a very simple setup.

Re: Final Pics

Thanks, Scott, just what I needed.

BTW...I have an 18" cherry bomb sitting here in the box that I had ordered for the "Spridget Project"...in fact, I had taken it out to the garage yesterday to see how it would fit around the rear axle and fuel cell. If there are any fitment issues, you have certainly provided an attractive alternative. I just may toy with the idea of side pipes on both sides though.
