heres some pics of the exhaust fab done today. Sprayed it with some VHT White tonight so Ill have some finished pics tommorow

Off hand anyone know what size a 76 brake drum is? Wanna pick up the shoes tommorow. They asked 7 or 8"

Man that is SWEET! I was just talking about that same thing today. I saw a 60's side-piped Corvette and that got me and my buddy talking about side-piping cars. I had a different friend who side-piped his 86 Honda Accord hatchback in much the same way. It was pretty silly. I was saying that I was thinking how cool it would be to side-pipe the Midget. Looks like you beat me to the punch. Good on you, looks great! I'm jealous!.

You know what makes it look really great, the flaired fenders that allow the pipes to look tucked in.

You know what would be really cool... get you one a them Spitfire 4-2-1 headers and eliminate the "1" part so you can put side pipes out either side of the car. That'll keep 'em guessing. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

I custom made that shorty side pipe to look just that way. Nice and tucked in. The benifit of running the 1500 motor. With the exhaust on the passenger side and no passenger seat there's minimal burn risk /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
