A friend at work today asked me what my favorite Monty Python skit is. After some thought I said "Ethel the Frog" about Doug and Dinesdale Pirahanna. His is "The Upper Class Twit of the Year Race". What about the forum?

hmmmm... Dead parrot.. Ministry of funny walks.... Spam...
the killer rabbit scene from HG, or the trojan Rabbit/ french taunting from HG..
AAAAAAHHHHHHH! I can't decide!!!!!
"Ministry of Silly Walks"? Don't know the name of the skit, but the one where John Cleese has double vision, and (Eric Idle?) applies for a mountain expedition. "The Lumberjack Song".
I'm not as familiar with the Flying Circus episodes, but I do seem to remember the dead parrot was pretty funny. Otherwise, the French taunters from Holy Grail are a riot.
"Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelled of elderberries!"
Great stuff guys. Love all those ones mentioned. Was pretty sure dead parrot, silly walks, and Spanish inquisition would be at the top of most people's lists. Love the movies too, but didn't want to get sidetracked with them on this thread.
I'd like to see Grahm Chapman as Mr. Neutron again and Teddy Salad the beagle FBI man in disguise.
Rick
Many of those already listed plus the olympic race for incontinent athletes.
From Life of Brian the stoning scene, the latin graffitti scene, the stuttering scene "I have a friend called Biggus..." and "what have the Romans done for us" .
The 4 Yorkshiremen ("we lived in cardboard box in middle of road; you were lucky").
Also the sketch where Cleese is the Pope questioning Michael Angelo (Idle) why there were 3 Christs in his original version of the Last Supper painting; answer "the fat one balances the two thin ones". Because of that and the 28 disciples he renamed it the Penultimate Supper, as there had to of been one before the last one.
