It’s been 47 years since my dads gone :cry:
 
April 1984 :cry: Died just days before we were heading home with our then 7 moth old second son, Ryan. He never got to meet his second grand son.
 
My dad, (my best friend), died in 2005 and it seems like yesterday. I was fortunate enough to work with him for many years, he was very intelligent and a great teacher! 👍
 
October 98, about a week before his 67th. He did get to spend time with my oldest niece who's now nearly 30, but the other 3 my youngest brothers have came alone later. I always fell sorry he never got to watch them grow up and they never got a grandpa.
