Farina Magnette tin toy

Offline
I picked this up on E-Bay a couple of weeks ago.

I had never seen one before...have any of you?! It's about a 1/24th scale...Maybe 1/20th.

It's obviously been appreciated by the child who received it years ago...but is a welcome addition to my collection none-the-less

Speaking of these cars and right hand drive, here's a Morris Isis (a car closely related to the Magnette) that was for sale near me last year.

As you can see, the car is right hand drive. What you can't see is that the car has a complex linkage to allow right hand shifting (with the shifter being between the driver's door and the seat)

Some old Ford GT's have the odd shifter arrangement too.
