Can someone please advise as to the proper and lasting way to attach the fan shroud to the radiator?

It should be soldered at the location of the three holes in the shroud.

Drill more holes for attachment points and solder them all well .

Thanks for the responses. I had thoughts of J-B-Weld on my brain and didn't think of the obvious.
I took mine to a radiator shop. They will professionally do the job that will last! I paid them $40 and am very happy with the job. I tried the soldering myself but thought if it doesn't work it would cost alot more if the shroud came off! I do most of the work on my Healey but think this is money well spent! Cheers!

That's probably what I'll do also since I have to take the radiator out to replace the fan blade. I think mine had come loose previously and I reattached it with J-B Weld, which worked well until last week when I fell off while on the road. Luckily the only damage it did was to break a small pc. off of one of the fan blades.
