The #928 is Frank Filangeri. He is very quick, faster than my MGA. He probably runs a 1:09 at Lime Rock.
The #60 is probably Dominic Cullen. My only clue, though is the fairing. He recently bought another MGA - a race car - off of Bring-A-Trailer. So I may see him on track at some point.
