Exhausted

First, thanks to all the folks that have responded to my previous posts (pleas for assistance). Right or wrong, the info and support have been very helpful.

Now my next issue. I am installing a Falcon Dual Sport Exhaust and am trying to understand if the pipes run through the frame tunnel behind the overdrive or under it. In my feeble mind it seems that by going through it there would be better ground clearance. However, the pipes seem to fit to the mufflers better when you go under the tunnel.

Since there was no exhaust when I got the car and I haven't found a good picture, I'm not sure. As usual, I'm open to your thoughts.

If you have the stock mufflers, ...have no idea.
If not... someone told me long ago to start at the back and work forward . Wrong (in my case) Start at the front and work back

That's where I'm at Don. Wrapped and through the tunnel. Stock manifold. I've got them in there and it looks good. However, the rear pipes are marked RH/LH and the only way to get them to fit through the tunnel is to switch them. Does that have something to do with them coming from England? Anyway, The rear pipe could go up a little higher if I bend it a little.

Bought mine 11 years ago and I don't think they were marked

Are you using the twin mufflers or the stock style?

Trying to tie it all together.
Having a problem if I connect the back to the mid section when I install the muffler it spins the back section out of position. I can't seem to get the clamp on that connection tight enough

Are the rear pipes "L" and "R" .Mine are 11 years old and are not marked.
I changed to the other pipe and it fit right in.
When I went to install the first one on the other side it fought me a little and I had my boy help me on it.
I don't like the shock clearance on that side.

Well after all the around and around of getting the right pipes and getting it situated.
The Exhaust is finally mounted and tightened.
The only thing I did different was use this as my attachment which I think was different than most. I needed to drop it a bit as it was hitting the bumper on the pass.side

As long as it works for you, it looks just fine to me......

Will probably ,later, if I keep it a while shorten it up with a different bracket
