Guess I'll try Ice-Racing. First time out. I'm painfully slow. That's me in the red coat.:highly_amused:

sadly only getting a black box? not video or a pic.

Can anyone else see it, or did I mess something up posting it?

I could view the video, no problem.

A pretty common winter sport here in Alberta, there are also some people who do ice boating here... Like this (disclaimer: just a video I found via youtube search)

I see it now - sorry

What no L plates Ben:highly_amused:. Seriously though well done

Ben, Some advice - accept that you'll get last place, anything better is an improvent.Just ask (or not) about my 1st place (in class) trophy/slowest time,at the 2012 Hoopa Hillclimb. - Doug

Looks like fun! (and Steve wins the clever comment competition!)

I've been to see those (near Warwick, NY). I ran motorcycle enduro for over 10 years and a lot of those guys would do that in the Winter.

There is a NY Ice Racing organization (for cars). I've always been tempted, but I don't do that sort of cold real well.

I was watching the guys ice fishing on our lake yesterday from the safety of my warm car and I was still shivering.

Well Ben, you were out there an do'in it. The slower you go the longer the enjoyment?
