The old computer was getting a little tired, so I decided to treat myself with a new one. Not that long ago, this would have been something out of star wars. HP with Vista Ultimate and 600 GBs total HD space. 2.8 gb memory, 22 inch flat screen, TV hook up, remote control, wireless hook up with camera and the list goes on and on. It'll probably take me a year to figure everything out. The graphics are fantastic. Think I'm going to put Linux in the old machine even though I haven't had much luck with it in my laptop. Cant get it to recognize the modem. It's a challenge and I like a challange. On a second note, I don't know why some people are complaining about Vista, I think it's great! I agree that a lot of older programs won't work with it, even some programs that are for Windows XP won't work with it. So, we buy new programs. It's easy to get around in, once you get things mapped out as to where your going. Can't believe this 22 inch screen. It's soooo cool! Love it!
