Mark was a good friend and fellow VTR member/officer for many years. It was Mark's insistence that I take his blue Sports 6 (the one shown above) -- weak clutch at the time notwithstanding -- for a "test" drive that renewed my determination to finally get one of my own! I'd been wanting one since I first "discovered" them about the time my dad bought his new Herald 1200 convertible, but I was only 11 then, and I'd let one or two slip by over the years. I did indeed find a good project car since, but if my situation were different, I'd be headed to IN on that day with cash and trailer ready!
