Englishparts.com Order Problems Beware

I don't know if other people have had problems with dealing with Englishparts.com in Michigan, but I placed a good sized order last year & still haven't received the order. Numerous calls & emails have not been able to get my money refunded or parts received or any action to correct. For the last two months the owner never answers the phone during one of my many attempts.

Looks like they have been taken over in January by a real company.

Contact the new owners:
sales@englishparts.com

Englishparts.com is now being operated by Engel Imports. This means when you place an order on this web site or call the toll free number you will be dealing with a real bricks & mortar company. We are a direct importer of British car parts and have been in business for over 30 years.

We are based in Kalamazoo Michigan and have a team of over 30 people behind every order we send out, including one of the most experienced sales teams in the industry.

As you will see when you browse our site we carry a full range of parts for most British cars, including Jaguar, Triumph, MG and Austin Healey.

With all this behind englishparts.com now, we know Engel Imports will meet and exceed your expectations Most importantly, Engel Imports understands that you as the customer must be sure that the company that you buy from will stand behind both their products and the service. With our wide range of parts in stock and over 25,000 square foot of warehouse space we know we can help make the world a better place, one English car at a time.

Please note: Engel Imports took over responsibility for this site on January 10, 2012. If you have placed an order with englishparts.com prior to January 10, 2012 and have not received your order, please contact us immediately and we will make sure you are satisfied.

The Austin Healey, MG, Triumph, Jaguar, Jensen-Healey, Mini, and other third party trademarks are used on this site merely to identify and describe the products we sell, the original equipment part numbers/manufacturers of those products and the vehicles those products fit. This website is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with or in any way connected to the owners of those trademarks!

mwagon,

As Moderator I am locking this topic (no more replies may be posted until and unless it is unlocked) and I encourage you to follow TimK's advice to contact them again now that the company is under new management.

The British Car Forum is not the place to resolve issues with vendors. Since your post included only the facts, as you report them, I have elected not to delete the thread which would happen immediately if you had strayed into name-calling or some other form of "vendor-bashing" which is strictly not allowed here.

The British Car Forum is privately owned and operated, and those are the rules. The Austin-Healey Forum has an excellent reputation for keeping things positive and we want that to continue.

Thanks.
