I have used Head & Block Speciality a couple of times.
Darryl and John are very familiar with LBC engines. They do allot of engine work for the AHCSO members and other clubs in the area. If you call them ask for Darryl.
They are in Stoney Creek. 905-664-1600
Hap is also a great guy to deal with, not sure how economical shipping an engine south is but he would build you a good engine. Many members here have used Haps services.
And if you call Hap ask for Hap 864-370-3000
