TR6 Engine pulley dampener 69 vs 70 also new or rebuilt

Got 2 pulleys. One is from a 69 and the other from a 70 TR6. I am restoring a 69 so my question is will the 70 pulley work on the 69 even though it's a bit smaller then the 69. The 69 pulley is in poorer shape then the 70. What is the reason for the smaller pulley and what problems will I have running the 70 in the 69 engine. For sure the water pump and the alternator will run a bit slower. Also I see there are companies that rebuild dampener pulleys. Is it worth the rebuild or is new better? The primered one in the pic is the 70.
