electrical relays

Has anyone sourced horn and starter relays for a TR6? These are the silver electrical boxes located in the engine compartment next to the fuse box. The big three carry them but I was wondering if there are other sources. Also, has anyone added a relay for their headlights or other electrical equipment?

I added relays - I used new bosch ones from parts express. It's ok, but for sure not stock. I'd like to find a way to hide them given my druthers.

You might try britishwiring.com for the older relays. They have some, but I'm not sure if they are exactly right.

I've added headlight relays to my British cars to protect the dash wiring and switches. I mounted my relays on panels that could be tucked down low out of sight.

FYI, I found that B.G. Micro ( https://www.bgmicro.com ) is a good source for the Bosch style relays. Go to their web page and search using the keyword "Bosch". In addition to the relays, they have pre-wired sockets for them.
