Well got the car painted and when we got it back nothing works anymore. Tested the battery and man, the 4 weeks it was gone the battery went bad? hmm... So got a new batery and the battery seems to be working fine now. But now nothing works in the car. Found that the headlights work but the turn signal lights are not working now (they worked when we bought the car). Only the left signal in the front works and the right rear works. Only one brake light works now. the other thing I noticed is in the driver seat, the signal indicators only blinks when you turn on the right markers. It only blinks once, then it quits blinking. Turning on the left signals the indicators do nothing from the driver seat. Now I notice that the wipers do not work (worked when we bought the car). Then there are other switches that I have no idea what they do.

Any suggestions why nothing works now? I know the lights, turn signals and wipers were removed for painting but so weird that it worked when we gave it to them, and now its not.

Also, sense nothing works, I do not know what each switch does, can anyone tell me what switch does what?

I would start looking for bad grounds. The fresh paint may have covered up bare metal that was part of your ground circuits. Other than that check your connections and insure everything was hooked back up properly.

great, thank you

Check and clean the grounds at the flasher unit and on the right inner fender where the front light harness ground is attached to the body.
Also due to the dusty conditions at he body shop, remove and clean each fuse.
The flasher unit may be bad as this would give an intermittent or single flash.
Again, the grounds where the car was painted, each lamp, should be cleaned of paint.
