Okay, hopefully this doesn't break Basil's caution on ebay comments, but if you are interested in a certain TR250 on ebay right now, I think you need to have the other bit of information with it to make an informed decision:

Deleted..

No comment on it being right or wrong, just passing on the info.

It is interesting how often you see cars re-appearing on eBay a few months after their first sale. There must be a lot of people out there making a quick buck.
I wonder what he has glued the surrey top together with!

I'm not sure why you even felt the need to post this. The guy has bought it, moved it, cleaned it up a bit, slapped some paint on it and is selling it again.

I don't see anywhere where he's stated anything blatantly false - this is ebay for heavens sake - and I see no reason why he shouldn't make a profit from the work he did.

Oh and I don't know the guy.

Alan-

Appreciate the comment, and I really wasn't trying to start something. Should have looked at the locale better, otherwise I never would have posted. My intent wasn't to imply fraud, rather to show how fickle ebay can be, and also the difference in marketing. If it ticked people off, my sincere apologies.
