Not sure if someone has posted this already, but this is an interesting looking hotrod:
1800 Roadster.

I'm not inclined to convert an 1800 or 2000 myself, but if one landed in my lap, I think they are pretty good looking!

Seems like a real shame they had to chop up the interior like that, though. And the mag wheels seem VERY out of character.

The only car I'd want more right now than a nice TR2 is an 1800 or 2000 roadster =) I love the look of them, and an 1800 tops my list of triumphs.

I've a feeling looking at that auction however, that the guy thinks it's worth a LOT more than it actually is. He keeps calling it a collectible car, but it's lost the collect-ability with the hot-rodding of it. Now it's 'collectible' as a hotrod, just not as an early post war triumph heh. That isnt to say hot rods arent worth money, but tbh, for that to be a real quality hotrod, you'd have to do a lot of work to it in the state that it's in still.

EDIT: I lied, I'd actually like an original Triumph Dolomite Roadster more than any other triumph out there, but... since it was a pre-war car and they only made 200 of them, i'll never own one =D
