Just tried this on my TR4A IRS trailing arms and it is nice stuff - not to dull, not too bright. Looks very much like clean aluminum.

Debating on clear coasting it - probably will but don't want it to end up too shiny. Anyone have their experience to share on this?

Thanks!

Put some satin clear on it.

I've been using it for years. Clearing it on trailing arms would probably be ok. I wouldn't clear wheels, valve cover, etc..

It is nice paint.

Kind of a crappy picture (Blackberry), but here you go Don.

One trick to is to apply lots of misting coats rather than fewer heavier. Fast draw of the spray across the surface with low paint volume in any given spot is the way to go.

As long as you have those trailing arms off you might consider using keenserts on those studs... just my 2 cents

Tom, did mine with the Eastwood Diamond Clear coat and didn`t find them too shiny. They won`t be after a few miles anyway.....

Cheers,
Tush
