Got myself a short zoom lens, 18~70mm. Compact enough to be less "intimidating" than some of the wider range ones. That dragonfly shot was taken with it as I was noodlin' around, getting the "feel" of the lens.

It's kinda funny that as used to primes as I am, I find I will still do a bit of "sneaker zoom" framing even with the zoom lenses. Old habits die hard.
