Saw this on Fox and Friends this morning:

When I was a boy in 1968, we lived in Germany (Dad was US Army). He had been in the Army in WWII also and fought in Belgium and Germany in the infantry. One summer, he took us on a tour of Germany, Belgium and Holland and we went to visit Dachau concentration camp, among other important places (like Anne Franks home). I remember standing in the big room with the ovens at Dachau - what a powerful experience for a young boy!

Powerful video clip.

I've watched every episode of that show. It's a very well done series, and the various subjects often get quite emotional once they learn about the things their ancestors endured...often ancestors they didn't even know they had. My wife spends hours each day doing genealogical research, and it's amazing how much you can discover about people from many generations back...

The wife did my family and found many very interesting things clear back to the 1500s in England. PJ
